• Usage Data: Learning progress, test results, and in-app activity (via Firebase Firestore).
• Media Data: Profile photos you upload (via Firebase Storage).
• Payment Data: Subscription purchases and renewals (handled by RevenueCat and Apple’s App Store; we do not store credit card information).
• Device Information: IP address, device model, OS version, app usage statistics (for analytics and crash reports).
• Microphone & Camera: Used only when you enable features like speech recognition or photo-based exercises. Inputs are processed for functionality and not stored without your consent.
• Notifications: With your permission, we send reminders and learning updates via push notifications.

• RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management.
• Apple App Store (Apple Inc.): Secure processing of all payments.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with the third-party services listed above to provide authentication, storage, subscription management, analytics, and crash reporting.

• Account data is stored as long as your Wordou account remains active.

• Logs and analytics are retained for diagnostic purposes in accordance with provider policies.

• Request account deletion (available in the app settings or by contacting us).
• Withdraw consent for certain permissions (e.g., microphone, camera, notifications) via your device settings.

7. Children’s Privacy

Wordou is not directed to children under 13. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data (encrypted connections, secure storage). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
